Boro reserves has beet Hednesford 1-0 away from home. The only goal of the game came from starlet Bobby Stevenson.Boro reserves fielded many first team players including King, Wray, Brennan, Kotylo and Sykes. Simon Weaver also started. Stevenson fired the ball past a hopless Hednesford keeper from 20 yeards after Kotylo tread through a ball which totally got the defence confused. Stevenson was also denied a goal after the break he struck the post from close range.

Boro reserves who took an early lead against a very strong Hereford Reserve side ahs been beaten 4-2. Thompson and Pritchard strook for the Boro but it wasn't enough.

RUSHDEN AND DIAMONDS RESERVES 1-2 BORO RESERVES
Ron Bradburys reserve side have got off to a dream start against Rushden in the central conference. Delton Francis who is currently being watched by Bristol Rovers netted twice against a Rushden side containing many big names currently unable to push for the first team squad. Delton Francis scored the opener in the first half but Rushdens David Town equalised before Delton Francis scored a cracking individual goal to seal the win. Boro fieldded a strong reserve side with kevin Shoemake in goal and three center backs Simon Weaver, Carl Owen and Pete Barry. The two wing backs were Carl Bacon and Graham Peacock, Bobby Stevenson, Krystof Kotylo and Nathan Thompson controlled the midfield. Delton Francis and Richard mitchell done the job up front.

Griff 2-0 Boro Reserves
Boro reserves have been beaten by Nuneaton Griff two goals to nil. Griff striker Steve Rathbone scored both Griff goals in the first half one from a powerful far post header the other a close range shot Griff often looked the sharper side yet Bobby Stevenson in the Boro midfield was the outstanding player on the pitch.

Boro 2-1 Chase Town
Boro reserves have beat Chase Town. Tarr scored on 10 minutes from about 10 yards, firing the shot into the top corner. Brennan impressed once again creating many chances but it was Bobby Stephenson who scored the second goal from roughly the same position as Tarr did earlier in the game. At half time Boro went in 2-0 up. Chase town scored a spectacular goal the unknown no17 fired a half volley past helpless Ryan Young. The team that Phillips put out had many names I had not heard of, yet they beat the Midland Alliance side fairly easily.
